Meet Our Founder, Matt Revill
Matt, has extensive experience working for National and leading local property agents specialising in residential, buy to let, retail, commercial, care homes, licenced premises, development sites and distressed sales. This experience has not only enabled him to gain a thorough understanding of the nuances of these markets but also develop a vast network of contacts and loyal clients.
Having worked for a property auction house for the last 6 years he understands the importance of being proactive to meet the client’s desired time frame. He recognises the importance of co-ordinating all the participants in a transaction, not just buyers and sellers but also funders, brokers, lawyers etc.
Matt’s passions in life are his family and sport. A good all rounder he has competed to a good level at swimming, athletics, golf, boxing, body building, football and rugby. He looks forward to giving the same dedication to making Lester and Bingley a modern, successful property consultancy.
