In October 2022, Matt Revill established Lester + Bingley with a clear vision: to create a modern property consultancy built on commercial expertise, strategic thinking and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
Since launching the business, Lester + Bingley has evolved into a specialist property consultancy advising investors, developers, pension funds, family offices and high-net-worth individuals on acquisitions, disposals and asset strategies across the UK. The firm’s work spans a diverse range of sectors including Build-to-Rent (BTR), Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), industrial and logistics, retail and leisure, and development land.
From the outset, Matt’s approach has been centred on providing honest advice, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities that create value for clients. By combining market intelligence, commercial understanding and an extensive industry network, he helps clients make informed decisions and execute successful property transactions.
As the business continues to grow, Matt’s focus remains unchanged: delivering strategic property advice with professionalism, integrity and a results-driven mindset. He takes pride in providing a bespoke service tailored to each client’s objectives, ensuring every instruction benefits from a proactive and commercially focused approach.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his daughter and maintaining an active lifestyle. He is a keen motorcyclist and enjoys both riding and following the sport whenever time allows.
Laura Hough
Property Consultant
Laura Hough joined Lester + Bingley in September 2024 and is proud to be part of a growing property consultancy that works with investors, developers, landowners and private clients across a range of property sectors.
Her role involves supporting clients throughout the acquisition and disposal process, helping to ensure transactions are managed efficiently and professionally from instruction through to completion. Laura enjoys building strong relationships with clients and takes pride in delivering a high level of service, communication and attention to detail throughout every transaction.
Prior to joining Lester + Bingley, Laura spent four years working within the luxury real estate market in Marbella, Spain, where she worked closely with high-net-worth individuals and managed property transactions from initial enquiry through to successful completion. This experience provided valuable insight into client relationship management, problem solving and the importance of delivering exceptional service.
Before moving into property, Laura spent more than ten years as cabin crew for an international airline. This provided her with a strong foundation in customer service, communication and organisation, skills which continue to benefit her in her role today.
Laura is passionate about property and enjoys helping clients navigate what can often be complex transactions. Her focus is always on ensuring clients receive a professional, proactive and positive experience whilst achieving the best possible outcome for their property objectives.
